I have a 5 year experience in an IT company. 2 years in QA (manual and automation), 3 years in Innovation (1 year as a VBA programmer, another 2 years of mixed python and java scripting). Innovation team is an Agile team. The main responsibility is to automate existing manual tasks by the delivery team and to create savings out of it. I wonder if I can easily get hired as a full-time java developer with much bigger scope...
Any thoughts?
