During the program execution the in the ide the method call shows checkInterval(a: 60); checkInterval(a: 112); checkInterval(a: 10);

Write the checkInterval method. The method should check whether an integer is in the range from 50 to 100 and display the result on the screen as follows: "The number a is not in the interval." or "The number a is in the interval.", where a is the method argument.

Example for 112:
The number 112 is not in the interval.

Example for 60:
The number 60 is in the interval.

Requirements:

The program should display text on the screen.
The main method should not call System.out.println or System.out.print().
The main method must call the checkInterval method.
The checkInterval method must be static void.
The checkInterval method should display text on the screen in accordance with the task conditions.

The letter 'a' is being shown when calling the method because in the method declaration on line 15 the accepted argument is int a. ↓ argument public static void checkInterval(int a) If you changed that to anything else, such as int number, the result of calling the method you would see: checkInterval(number: 60); checkInterval(number: 112); checkInterval(number: 10); This is a very useful feature of the IDE. Lets say you create some very complicated methods in a large project, maybe a database of video game, where months or years later you have no idea what they do. If you use meaningful variable names in the arguments you can figure out what it does. Example: What does this method do?

public void get(Character x, String y, int z){
   // some code using x, y, z
}

Now what does this item do?

public void get(Character currentPlayer, String item, int quantity){
   //some code using currentPlayer, item, quantity
}

Now, while the code in these two examples could be identical, the use of meaningful variable names would help you or whoever is reading it deduce what is being done.
