How should I determine which radix should I use?

Use the Integer.parseInt(String, int) method to implement the convertToDecimalSystem method, which should convert the passed string into a decimal number and return it as a string.

Requirements:

The Solution class must have a convertToDecimalSystem(String) method that returns a String.
The convertToDecimalSystem(String) method must have the following access modifiers: public, static.
The convertToDecimalSystem(String) method should convert the passed string into a decimal number and return it as a string.
The convertToDecimalSystem(String) method should call the Integer.parseInt(String, int) method.

my solution is not really well, but you should first check the string itself if it contains letters or not. Then you can look if it starts with "0b", "0x" or "0". Then you have to create a substring with deleting these starting chars. And you can also use try-catch for catching NumberFormatExcpetions.
