I executed the code this way and having errors in it please help.

The example on the lesson shows a while loop. Practice that

public static void print(String s) {  //this confusingly is making the above a variable s
        //write your code here

        //you'll need code in this space like the example

        while ()  //you'll need to input a condition here just like the example. The condition asks for the text four times
        {
//you need to print the variable s somehow here.
            x++; // i'll give this as a freebie as I couldn't find it in examples at this lesson
        }

i think you can solve this problem in another easy way also by simply calling string(s) method

could you explain what you mean? Your use of code there does not make a whole lot of sense, though i understand you are just starting to learn yourself. Maybe i can help you clear something up?

You want to repeat the string 's' that is passed to the method print from the main method. You have two strings that are being passed to the print method - "Java is easy to learn!" and "Java opens many opportunities!". These both become the variable 's' when they enter the method print, and each need to be repeated 4 times. Your code is close to accomplishing this, all you need to do is make a change to your print method (below) and you pass the task:

for(int i = 0; i < 4; i++) {
   System.out.println(s);
}

Try passing different values from the main method to see that it works properly:

public static void main(String[] args) {
   String test = "This is only a variable string test!";

   print("This is only non-variable string a test");
   print(test);
   print("Trying a non-variable plus a variable: " + test);
   // print("Add whatever message that you want, trying things out is learning!");
}
