10 variables have been initialized. So, you would have to actually declare all 10 Cats as done already, but initialize only 8 of them..

8 variables must be initialized in the main method. You have initialized 10 variables instead of 8. And try to initialize variable immediately, in one line, like this:

Dog dog = new Dog();
