why we should use Integer.MIN_VALUE

MIN_VALUE is so you don't need to remember what the actual minimum value of an integer is (it is -2147483648). You may be able to remember that, but can you also remember what the min value of a long is (Long.Min_VALUE), or decimal (Decimal.MIN_VALUE), or short, byte, float etc
