The convertEurToUsd method must multiply the euro amount by the exchange rate and return the result. ??????

Write code for the convertEurToUsd method, which converts euros to dollars at a given exchange rate.
Use a return statement to return the result from the convertEurToUsd method. Example: return 123*435;
Call the convertEurToUsd method twice in the main method with any arguments.
Display the results, each time on a new line.

Hint:
The result is calculated using the following formula: US dollars = euros * exchange rate

Requirements:

in the convert method you will be only mentioning the expression thru variables, not with values. Just like it is mentioned in the conditions. The values(arguments or args) you will be giving them in the displaying lines in the args section. Meaning like here (...args) , and you write a double anywhere, like this 0.91, not .91. Good luck.

solution

Your problem is that you hard coded the value in the convertEurToUsd method. Get rid of any hard coded parts of the method (where you specifically type 0.91) and only use the variable exchangeRate.

I have debugged and I get correct output also followed last condition getting correct output also followed advice about 0's but last condition not met

Hi Man:) You have wrong values in main method - exactly here: System.out.println(convertEurToUsd(100,.91)); You have to remove the dot before 91 or add 0 before it like that: System.out.println(convertEurToUsd(100, 0.91));
