I'm drawing a blank as to how to fulfill the final requirement. Sorry, Just, no idea what is required.

1. Create a CanMove interface that has a speed method.
2. The speed method must return a Double and should not accept any arguments.
3. Make the CanFly interface inherit the CanMove interface.
4. Add the speed method to the CanFly interface.
5. The speed method must return a Double and accept one CanFly argument.

Requirements:

The Solution class must declare a CanMove interface.
The Solution class must declare a CanFly interface.
The CanFly interface must inherit the CanMove interface.
The CanMove interface must declare a speed method with no parameters and must return a Double.
The CanFly interface must declare a speed method with one CanFly parameter and must return a Double.

ok, I changed my code to this, with no results. I'm not at all confused about declaring a speed method within the CanFly interface. But is it asking me to pass a CanFly parameter into the speed method? Or do I need to give CanFly a parameter that isn't being returned at all? I know this is an easy and simple problem, I'm just seeing what I'm missing. Thanks for the help so far!

interface CanFly extends CanMove {

    Double speed = 4.5;
    Double speed();

 }
 public class Move implements CanMove, CanFly{


         @Override
         public Double speed() {
             return speed();
         }


     }
}

I also tried declaring a method like this.. I'm probably overthinking the problem.

public void CanFly(Double speed){
          speed = 5.5;

       }

This compiles, but doesnt satisfy the requirement. Then this doesn't compile:

public void CanFly(Double speed){
          speed = 5.5;
          return speed();
       }

You should do exactly what the last requirement says to do;) In the CanFly interface there should be a speed method which takes one CanFly parameter and returns a Double. You just have speed1 method which returns a Double.
