Question sur la mission

I dont know how i can solve this problem.... If someone can help me please ? Thank you.

Utilise le clavier pour saisir des nombres.
Si l'utilisateur saisit -1, affiche la somme de tous les nombres saisis et termine le programme.
-1 doit être inclus dans la somme.

Indice : une des solutions à ce problème utilise la construction suivante :

while (true) {
    int nombre = lire le nombre;
    if (vérifie si le nombre est -1)
        break;
}

Impératifs :

Le programme doit lire les nombres au clavier.
Si l'utilisateur saisit -1, le programme doit afficher la somme de tous les nombres saisis et se terminer.
Le programme doit calculer et afficher la somme des nombres saisis.
Le programme doit utiliser une boucle for ou while.

1) The loop exists for this purpose: the commands that need to be executed multiple times have to be inside the body of the loop. For example the readLine() method. 2)

if (nombre == -1) {
                break;
}

Its not enough to break simply - you have to do something here. To sum the numbers. 3) You have to declare a variable before loop. And in the loop, you should always add the read number to this variable. This will be the needed sum when the loop is over.

Ok thanks for answer but really i can't resolve it.... i try and try and try again with a lot of solutions but i can't....

For example: System.out.print(nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre); If the inputlist will has a hundred items, you will write hundred times this? nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + nombre + ... ? :-) Or you can put it into a loop, and this loop will do it instead of you? For example: THE LOOP IS STARTING HERE String number = lecteur.readLine(); int nombre = Integer.parseInt(number); sum = sum + nombre;

I try it :

BufferedReader lecteur = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(System.in));
        int sum = 0;

        while (true) {
            String number = lecteur.readLine();
            int nombre = Integer.parseInt(number);


            if (nombre == -1) {
                break;
            } else if (nombre != -1) {
                sum += nombre;
                System.out.println(sum);
            }

And the answer is :

So i think im not so far but the last number (-1) is not in i don't understand why...

1) "-1 doit être inclus dans la somme." - But you don't do it, you only break out from the loop, 2) In every circle of the loop you are printing the sum. But you need it to do only once, when the total sum is ready, after the loop!
