I already didn't see this kind of argument. What does it mean?

public static StringBuilder getLine(String... words)

And what is the different between

public static StringBuilder getLine(String words)

Lösung

If we have a method like this:

public static void getString(String... passedArray)

then you can invoke this method using any of the following ways:

getString("aaa");
getString("aaa" ,  "bbb");
getString("aaa" ,  "bbb" ,  "ccc");

String[] st = new String[] { "ff" , "hh" , "xx" };
getString(st);

A lot of Strings you can send to the method, it will be able to receive them. But you can also send it a String array. The passedArray variable inside the getString() method is a String array.
