The word "Literals" provides cover for soldiers on a rather visible front. They penetrate Java code and strike it with their...specificity. All data, as such, arises during execution of a program, but literals are embedded right in the code. "Rain In Spain" is a literal String, and 0.256 is a literal float. And so on. There's nothing complicated about it, but you need to remember this word.
