If you'd have to give a number of hours for how much a beginner would need in order to complete all levels. How many would you give aproximatly?
Hours to complete.

So far Its taken me over a year and Im only in the 3rd (out of 4) part of the course, Multithreading.
Some months I was going hardcore, learning every day, other months I got "burnt out", and proceeded at a very slow pace.

I know it's an old post, but maybe you're still here. Did you manage to get a job as a java developer after completing this course? I mean is this course enough if I don't have any previous commercial experience in programming?

So i have a goal for about 4 hours during weekday, including breaks and 6 hours a day on the weekend. In order to have a measure for the time i'm spending learning Java, and to count the effort, i am learning with pomodoro. So 1 pomodoro is 25 minute studying and 5 minutes break, and at every 4 pomodoro, you have a longer break (15 -20 min). I am also having a 8 to 5 day job, and i'm trying my best to take advantage of all the free time i have, without sacrificing too much. Given the above, i am estimating that the whole course will take me about 1200 pomodoro to finish

Why are there people at Level 0 and Level 1 giving advice on how long it takes to finish?

I read somewhere that in order to be able to solve tasks which were closed once again - you need new account. So it is possible that some of those people could be even graduates.
