If you use IntelliJ IDEA 2021.1 there might be some issues with updating our plugin. We advise you to open the “Downloads” tab in your profile, click on “Download the IntelliJ IDEA plugin” and install it manually. All done!

The server update seems to have affected the web interface as well - messages appear in Russian all of a sudden.

Automatic update in IntelliJ 2021.1 did not work, as promised. Manual download + installation in IntelliJ worked and the 'new version' nagging went away. However, there are several *severe* usability issues.
(1) Clicking on Snake 12/20 after having just completed 11/20 opened the just solved one again, not the next one to be solved. This makes it impossible to proceed with the game task in IntelliJ (the web interface works fine, though).
(2) Downloading *any* other task results in a missing Conditions.tcs. There is just a readme file whose name has Cyrillic letters ('Условие.jrtc'). This gets shown as plain text containing some markup and English text with some words in Cyrillic letters.
The text file can be very difficult to read because of the entity coding:

returns a string array
{"level22", "lesson13", "task01"}
(3) Mentor messages are completely in Cyrillic letters (Russian?) and thus incomprehensible to me. I've no intention of adding yet another language to my todo list right now. Learning Java is quite enough for me at the moment, thank you very much. 😉
* In IntelliJ pick File > Settings ... from the menu.
* In the Settings screen, click Plugins in the list on the left-hand side.
* Then click the gear icon at the top of the right-hand side of the Settings screen, which is to the right of the registers Marketplace and Installed.
* In the menu that opens, pick Install Plugin from Disk..., browse to your downloaded jar, and click it.
As regards localised versions of IntelliJ... I have no clue what the GUI items might be called. One of the reasons I hate having to work with localised programs (and localised OS versions) is that the instructions that you find on the 'Net are almost always in English and it is difficult to match them to localised interfaces. I even had to write a little program that correlates English service names for Windows with localised ones because often the localised names give no clue at all what they refer to. But at home I'm using English versions of everything - Windows, Linux, and all programs. No problems, no translating things back to English in an attempt to make sense of them...

Unfortunately it didn't change much, the plugin version is still 3.50 and I still see the Conditions in the .jrtc file with the "ребования:"
I'll just wait, maybe CG will fix the bugs soon. At least I learned something about IntelliJ today 😎
