IntelliJ 2018.3.4 Homework Plugin Install HELP (Windows 10)

Is there anyone who can help me figure out why I don't see the task options after I installed the plugin and restarted IJ? I don't see the 6 buttons, running version 2018.3.4. Running windows 10 64-bit can see here in the screenshot that the plugin is enabled:

But on startup there are no 6 buttons.

Thanks for your help. I'm not sure what the issue was but I gave the buttons now.

Its been awhile since i have gone through this, but im sure you have to create a new project. When you do there will be buttons on the top right that let you access your code gym tasks.
