Why you might fail to have a great career
You don’t have to unplug your brain to prevent a meltdown due to an overabundance of new information. We just need to feed it something simple that’s still interesting. Let’s watch an inspiring speech by Larry Smith about why people fail to have great careers unless they follow their passion and see opportunities instead of obstacles.

yes, so many excuses always let people do nothing today but tomorrow and tomorrow will always be the next day.

Sad to hear people like this - the reality is that you can pursue your passion, have a great career, and a great family. It is very simple - if you think you can, you will. Go for it.

Very wise, and timely as I face change in my company and contemplate what my next steps might be.

Why would I do that? If they are here, maybe it's for a reason.

Eh, this is the only video so far that I just did not care about at all. Maybe if it was like 2 minutes long it would have been fine, but after the first 2 minutes I just let it play in the background.

Great lesson. If you need more motivation or ever feel like giving up check out this video below about not quitting. One of the best motivational videos I've seen. - Failure is success in progress - Albert Einstein https://tinyurl.com/ydpvpajz

Thank you – no more excuses or giving up. It's time to return to that child mindset, the one we had when learning to ride a bike – falling, getting up, and trying again until we succeeded. This video truly touched my heart. I’ll definitely watch it again and again whenever I feel like I’m failing. Pure motivation!
