Wanna ask: Am I able to sync my lectures/ tasks completion with the IntelliJ CodeGym plugin? Or I need to restart what I've done in the plugin.

You do not need to synchronize anything. Everything is already done automatically. Your progress on the account in Web IDE corresponds to that one in IJ IDEA.
