not able to get where am I going wrong??

works absolutely fine when checked manually. not able to get through the condition "Be sure the program displays the maximum of N number"

Write a program that:
1. reads a number N (must be greater than 0) from the console
2. reads N numbers from the console
3. Displays the maximum of the N entered numbers.

Requirements:

The program should read the numbers from the keyboard.
The program must display a number on the screen.
The class must have a public static void main method.
Don't add new methods to the Solution class.
The program should display the maximum of the N entered numbers.
The program should not display anything if N is less than or equal to 0.

Your code is extremely hard to read. I know this post is from a while ago, but I want to give you some pointers so the next time you have a question people can actually understand your code. Starting from the Solution class line, don't start writing your code on that very same line where it states the class name. Start it below the class name, like this: public static void main(String [] args){ int variable = 0; String variable = "something"; System.out.println(whatever); } Pressing the return key after every variable helps with readability. CodeGym automatically indents for you when you press the return key, so you do not need to worry about indentation. Whenever CodeGym gives examples of code, look at how they write their code so you can have a better understanding of when to begin and end a new line.

#1 don't use static variables. All of these should be local:

static int count = 3;
static int maximum;
static int b;

After fixing that, this code doesn't work as the conditions state it should. When I enter 4 for N, it only accepts three input and outputs the max of the three, but it should accept 4 inputs in that case and then output the maximum of them. It should work for any number N entered.
