Can someone please please help me how I should solve this??

1. Inside the Solution class, create public static Man and Woman classes.
2. The classes must have the following fields: String name, int age, String address.
3. Make constructors that have all possible parameters.
4. Create two objects of each class with complete data using a constructor.
5. Display the objects on the screen in this format: name + " " + age + " " + address

Requirements:

In the Solution class, create a public static Man class.
In the Solution class, create a public static Woman class.
The Man class must have variables: String name, int age, and String address.
The Woman class must have variables: String name, int age, and String address.
The Man and Woman classes must have constructors that take String, int, and String arguments.
The constructors must initialize the instance variables.
In the main method, you need to create two objects of each type.
The main method should display the created objects on the screen in the specified format.

use toString method to display the objects as specified format for both class's.

Did you run the program? Your program output is going to be "nameageaddress" and should be "name age address" Instead of "" try putting a space between them like this: " ".

why do we've to declare the classes as static? i thought we create non-static variables and methods in them, e.g. the variables name, age, address has to be assigned to objects-instances so how come their class declared static how come it doesn't effect those vars?

@dean You do not 'have to' but it useful. Lets say you changed the code to make Man a non static class. Lines 10 and 11 would fail at this point because you were trying to create a Man object in a static context. The correct way to then create a Man object would be through a Solution object. You would have to change those 2 lines to:

Man man1 = new Solution().new Man("raj", 5 ,"coventry");
Man man2 = new Solution().new Man("raj1", 6 , "covntry1");

interesting! but when i declare the nested class as static, as in the Man example.. does the whole class become static? because i can still create non-static methods within it.. so what actually becomes static? is it just the class itself but it doesn't effect any of its methods/properties/variables?

also what's the concept behind creating a new Solution object and then create new Man object? so i'll grasp the actual idea behind it... thanks a ton!
