probably i didnt understand putting reference

You must call the initialize method on the created object and pass some arguments to it.

solution

you named your variable 'p1' where the task requirements state that you need to name it 'person'. Change the variable name to the required name and you will pass.

I don't understand this site's obsession with making the variable name the same as the object name. It only serves to be confusing.
