The pedestrian traffic light is programmed as follows:
at the beginning of each hour, the green signal is on for three minutes,
then the signal is yellow for one minute,
and then it is red for one minute.
Then the light is green again for three minutes, etc.
Use the keyboard to enter a real number t that represents the number of minutes that have elapsed since the beginning of the hour.
Determine what color the traffic light is at the specified time.
Display the result as follows:
"green" if the light is green,
"yellow" if the light is yellow, and
"red" if the light is red.

Line 20 you are saying that if t is equal to 4 then it should print red, you have right idea but what happens when it is 4.1 or 4.2? Do the same thing you did for the other lines.

The intervals are as follows 0 to 2.99999 => green (i.e. t<3) 3 to 3.99999 => yellow (i.e. t>=3 && t<4) 4 to 4.99999 => red (i.e. t>=4) the red condition can be the final else condition because if the number is not from 0 to 3.999999 It has to be between 4 to 4.99999 as we are using MOD5.

When I enter 24.5 your program gives green. It should be red.
