Use the keyboard to enter a number representing a day of the week. Requirements:

The program should read a number from the keyboard.
The program should display text on the screen.
If you enter a number from 1 to 7, you need to display the name of the day of the week.

System.out.println("Saturday");

The problem here is the else case here will always run except when the input b == 7. This is because the compiler thinks that the else case belongs to only the last if case. To avoid this you need to use nested if

if (condition) {
   ...
}
else {
   if (condition) {
      ...
   }
   else {
      ...
   }
}

In the above code, there is an if-else case and in the else case there is another if-else case. If the first condition is false it will go in else in which it will verify the second if condition and if that is also false it will go to the else and execute. To make it simple you can also write it like this,

if (condition) {
   ...
}
else if (condition) {
    ...
}
else {
   ...
}

You can use nested if-else how many times you want to just remember a single if statement has only one else...Sorry for the long post.
