Run the program Enter 10 min = 10 Enter 8 min = 8, but secondMin doesn't become 10. It remains MAX_VALUE.

Your solution does not work for all possible inputs. Just try 3 2 1 It's not that easy as it seems. There are more pitfalls. You need 3 conditions if you follow your current approach.
