Hey need help on this one keeps saying that im missing a return statement on line 23??

Write a function that computes the minimum of four numbers.
The function min(a, b, c, d) should use (call) the function min(a, b)

Hint:
You need to write the body of the two existing min functions.

Requirements:

The program should display text on the screen.
The min methods should not display text on the screen.
The main method should call min(a, b) and min(a, b, c, d).
The main method should display the result of the min methods. Each time, on a new line.
The min(a, b) method must return the minimum of the numbers a and b.
The min(a, b, c, d) method must use the min(a, b) method.
The min(a, b, c, d) method must return the minimum of the numbers a, b, c, and d.

Your problem is that not all paths lead to a return statement. That else statement only is reached if c < a and c < b both return true then c < d is false. Your code works as long as all the numbers are different, but when 2 are the same, unless they are c and d the method will not return anything and that is not allowed in Java. This is why your code doesnt compile. Moving along the code will not pass verification because the method min(a, b, c, d) is supposed to be coded to make use of the min(a,b) method.

The main method should call min(a, b) and min(a, b, c, d).(2 methods) but min(min(a,b),min(a,b)) is equivalent to min(a,b) but not min(a,b,c,d) according to syntax of the given condition we should call both min(a,b) and min(a,b,c,d)
