how to unlock the locked questions?

I am trying to unlock those locked questions, when clicking on locked questions nothing is happening, pls help me out?

Tasks only unlock when you reach them on the course page that they correspond to, you can't unlock them otherwise. If you have already unlocked the course page with the lesson(s) that you are trying to unlock, then message the administrators as there may be a bug in their system.
